Dynamic Tech Solutions

Making a Complex Technology Business Easier to Understand

Logo update, website, custom diagrams, presentations & trade show materials

Dynamic Tech Solutions provides specialized technology services to medical device manufacturers — services that can be difficult to explain quickly and clearly. Working with marketing consultant Gordon Andrew and following his messaging strategy, I updated the company’s visual identity and built a new website, including custom diagrams that helped explain Dynamic’s services and processes. The new brand was then extended across PowerPoint presentations, trade show displays and a series of client-facing profiles, creating a consistent visual system across the company’s marketing.

Dynamic has a complex story to tell. Once we had the messaging and strategy in place, Gia knew how to translate it visually and make it understandable. I could give her the direction and trust her to work through the creative — from the website and custom diagrams to presentations and trade show materials. She understands the strategy behind the work, which is why I’ve brought her into so many of my client projects.

Bobbex

From Website Rescue to an Integrated Marketing Presence

Website redesign, SEO, digital campaigns, retail & trade show materials

Bobbex, a leading manufacturer of environmentally friendly animal repellents, came to me through a longtime marketing consultant whose client was struggling with a slow, unreliable website. I rebuilt the site to improve performance and usability, refined the page design and added search optimization to strengthen its online visibility. The relationship quickly expanded beyond the original assignment. Working with the consultant, I created a promotional landing page and developed graphics for Bobbex’s trade show booth, including a standing banner and large-format backdrop. I then built a separate Canadian website with both English and French content, giving the brand a consistent presence across markets and marketing channels.

I’ve worked with Gia for more than 25 years, so when an important client needed help with a website that wasn’t performing, I had no hesitation bringing her in. I knew I could hand the project to her and she would figure out what needed to be done, work directly with my client and keep me in the loop. The website turned into a much broader relationship, and both Bobbex and I have been thrilled with the work. That kind of trust is why I’ve continued working with Gia for so many years.

Capital Forensics

Positioning a Financial Consulting Firm for Acquisition

Website, sales collateral, presentations & digital marketing

Capital Forensics, a specialized financial consulting firm, was positioning itself for acquisition and needed a marketing presence that reflected the sophistication and value of the business. Working with marketing consultant Gordon Andrew, I redesigned the website and extended the new visual presence across print and digital sales materials, presentations and a monthly industry interview series. I also created a dedicated landing page for ArbSelector®, the firm’s proprietary SaaS tool. The transformation gave Capital Forensics a polished, cohesive presence across its marketing channels. The firm was ultimately acquired.

Capital Forensics needed more than a new website. We were repositioning the company for a very specific business objective, and Gia understood what was at stake. I could give her the strategy and trust her to translate it across everything from the website and sales materials to presentations and digital campaigns. The difference was dramatic. Gia made the company look like the sophisticated, valuable business it was — and made my job as the marketing consultant a whole lot easier.

Launching a New Fitness Brand from the Ground Up

NAMING, BRAND IDENTITY, WEBSITE, SALES PROMOTION & ADVERTISING

Working with marketing consultant Denise Kumeral, I helped take a new fitness club from concept to launch. The assignment began with the name and visual identity and expanded to include the website, membership and promotional materials, advertising and launch communications. With an opening date already set, the challenge was to create a distinctive, cohesive brand and carry it through every customer touchpoint — on schedule and ready for opening day.

Launching a new business means everything has to come together at once. I could give Gia the direction and know she would take it from there — from the name and identity through the website and promotional materials. She kept everything moving, met every deadline and gave my client a polished brand that was ready for opening day. Having Gia on the project meant the creative was one thing I didn’t have to worry about.

Direct Mail Launch for a New Vending Machine Program

Direct mail, dimensional mailer, sales letter & response card

Pepsi was introducing a new vending machine designed to accommodate popular 20 oz. bottles, supported by a special program targeting small businesses. The campaign used traditional direct mail, with the positioning “The New Age of Vending Machines.” The creative concept turned that positioning into something instantly visual and memorable: a bewildered caveman encountering an oversized bottle of Pepsi. The illustration carried through the complete direct mail package — from the outer envelope and dimensional mailer to the sales letter and response card — creating a cohesive campaign designed to get noticed, communicate the offer quickly and generate response.

Gia’s knowledge of direct mail, combined with her creative talent, produced an impressive response to the campaign. She made my client happy — and made me look great.
